As long as we are ranting!  

My biggest pet peeve is all these businesses that feel that once they have you as a customer you don&#039;t deserve customer service anymore.  Cable companies and banks are great examples of this!  They offer great packages to their new customers but since you are already a customer you don&#039;t get the reward.  Ha ha we got you!  Is what they seem to be saying on the other end of the phone!

It would be great if we all would just leave these companies at the same time!!

My thought is, if you are going to offer something it should be open to anybody!</description>
